Shipping & Charges
- Please Take Note that if in case there will be a return from the customer and which the customer is at fault, delivery charges will not be refundable.

- All orders typically ship out in between 1-2 business days. Average delivery will take 10 – 15 working days. As international shipment, delays due to public holidays or some unforeseen circumstances are possible. There can be delays as well due to custom clearance.
- We try our best to get your order to you ASAP.
- Please Take Note that there might be customs charges depending on your Country’s Rules and Regulations.
- For any request, please notify us before processing of your order.
- All Orders in UAE: 15 AED for orders below 300 AED. Above 300AED – FREE DELIVERY
- If you are experiencing a delay in your order, please contact our customer care representative, we will do our best to sort you out.
Return & Exchange
- Please Take Note that if in case there will be a return from the customer and which the customer is at fault, delivery charges will not be refundable.
- You may return the product only below following reasons:
- Wrong Product Received
- Damaged Product
- Expired Product Received
- In case you wanted to return the products due to wrong products you ordered OR suddenly changing your mind, we apologize but STRICTLY NO RETURN POLICY as we regards our products of high quality and value.
- But, in case you want to really exchange your product to something else, customer will be the one to shoulder the RETURN & EXCHANGE delivery fees. (Charges may vary upon your item)
- Please take your time to read the products and descriptions carefully to avoid Inconvenience.
- Products purchased from KS (KoreanSouk) can be returned within 7 days of UNUSED products only.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it.
- If you receive a wrong product, please contact the customer care representative immediately. Email us at support@koreansouk.com along with photo of delivered products.
- Returns are generally processed between 2-7 business days from approval, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
